About The Role
The Account Manager is responsible for growing and managing Tip Top Laundry’s commercial client relationships. This role focuses on driving sales growth, improving service processes, and ensuring long-term customer satisfaction across industries such as medical, dental, hospitality, fitness, and other local businesses. You’ll serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, helping clients streamline their laundry operations while identifying opportunities to expand services and increase recurring revenue.
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners and decision-makers
- Grow revenue through account expansion, cross-selling, and new client acquisition
- Possess the ability to prospect and develop new commercial accounts through networking and outreach
- Manage onboarding, service setup, and ongoing account communication
- Cook up with operations to ensure service quality, turnaround times, and consistency
- Track account activity, service history, and performance metrics
- Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience
- Analyze account data and market trends to support growth strategies

What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years experience in B2B sales, account management, or service-based industries
- Proven ability to grow and retain client accounts
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Comfortable with prospecting, follow-ups, and closing
- Organized, process-driven, and detail-oriented
- Experience using CRM tools and standard business software
- Ability to work cross-functionally with operations teams
