About the role
The Account Manager (AM) is a results-driven sales professional who plays a critical role in driving profitable growth by acquiring, expanding, and retaining customer accounts. This role delivers resilient automation solutions while serving as a trusted partner to customers, ensuring reliability, technical excellence, and long-term customer satisfaction.
Core Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed annual goals.
- Maximize revenue potential of strategic accounts by identifying and closing new opportunities.
- Expand strategic accounts YoY through delivery of value-aligned solutions.
- Maintain and grow existing accounts within the assigned target market based on annual new order targets.
- Support other strategic business objectives as needed.
What You’ll Do
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align scope, schedule, and deliverables.
Communicate clearly and proactively with internal teams, customers, and partners.
Identify and escalate risks, constraints, or scope changes early.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor of Science; in Engineering or Business, or other pertinent curriculum combined with relevant experience.
- Typically, 5-10 years minimum experience in relevant industry.

- Adept at uncovering customer pain points and crafting solutions that align with technical and business needs.
- Knowledge of automation systems in critical environments (e.g., BMS, EPMS).
- Familiar with platforms such as Rockwell, Schneider Electric, Siemens, or similar.
- Strong competency with Microsoft Office, PDF software, CRM platforms, etc.
