The Opportunity

You will serve as a pivotal business development and project leader, driving the growth of our commercial customer base and managing projects from conception to completion. Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience within the commercial flooring industry.
• A High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and construction accounting software like Foundation, Procore, or QuickBooks.
• Proven ability to manage project budgets and analyze financial profitability metrics.
• Valid Texas Driver's License with the ability to travel up to 30% of the time.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Associates or Bachelor's degree in construction management, construction science, business administration, or law.
• 4 or more years of related work experience in commercial flooring account management.
• Strong existing network of commercial builders and property managers within the Dallas metropolitan area.
