About the role

Responsible for setting up and managing Human Resource Administration processes within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Handle employee benefits administration including health, dental, and retirement plans
  • Coordinate payroll processing and ensure compliance with labor laws
  • Support HR initiatives and projects as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in HR
  • Knowledge of HRIS systems and software
  • Strong organizational and attention to detail skills

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
