About the role
Responsible for setting up and managing Human Resource Administration processes within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Handle employee benefits administration including health, dental, and retirement plans
- Coordinate payroll processing and ensure compliance with labor laws
- Support HR initiatives and projects as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in HR
- Knowledge of HRIS systems and software
- Strong organizational and attention to detail skills
Qualifications
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
