About the role

Sunset Transportation is seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Account Manager with experience in upselling and cross-selling within freight brokerage. Your role will be critical to our record-breaking growth, as you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding our most strategic accounts across multiple business segments.

What You’ll Do

  • Ensure continued growth in accordance with each client’s (SOPs)
  • Maintain and grow existing accounts to meet company goals
  • Exceed monthly and annual expectations for profitable growth
  • Provide unparalleled customer service
  • Upsell Sunset Transportation solutions

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in freight brokerage, specifically truckload and LTL
  • Proven success in building and growing customer accounts
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Effective negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  • Business acumen and customer service experience
  • Strong salesmanship and presentation abilities
