Summary
Salary: $90,000 - $120,000

Responsibilities
- Maintain and expand relationships with important large customers
- Represent the entire range of Workplace services to assigned customers
- Lead the customer account planning cycle and ensure assigned customers' needs and expectations are met by the company
- Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
- Cook up productive involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers' expectations
- Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts
- Proactively lead a joint company-strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for a one and three year period
- Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis
- Lead solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel
- Achieve assigned sales quota in designated strategic accounts
- Achieve strategic customer objectives defined by company management
- Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards
- Complete required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame
- Accumulate, produce and present quarterly service and volume reports to customer accounts and Suddath service partners
- Present new Suddath programs to existing accounts
- Price and present special projects
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly customer service oriented
- Ability to prioritize and re-prioritize as situations and needs change throughout the workday
- Ability to multi-task and organize workflow to manage daily responsibilities, meet deadlines and prioritize work
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and follow through
- Ability to work under deadlines and specific time frames
- Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external customers
- Ability to demonstrate initiative and to work with minimum supervision
- Ability to lead large corporate meetings with customers
- Must be able to travel as needed
