Summary

Salary: $90,000 - $120,000
The pay rate for the successful candidate will depend on geographic location.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and expand relationships with important large customers
  • Represent the entire range of Workplace services to assigned customers
  • Lead the customer account planning cycle and ensure assigned customers' needs and expectations are met by the company
  • Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
  • Cook up productive involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers' expectations
  • Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts
  • Proactively lead a joint company-strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for a one and three year period
  • Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis
  • Lead solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel
  • Achieve assigned sales quota in designated strategic accounts
  • Achieve strategic customer objectives defined by company management
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards
  • Complete required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame
  • Accumulate, produce and present quarterly service and volume reports to customer accounts and Suddath service partners
  • Present new Suddath programs to existing accounts
  • Price and present special projects

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly customer service oriented
  • Ability to prioritize and re-prioritize as situations and needs change throughout the workday
  • Ability to multi-task and organize workflow to manage daily responsibilities, meet deadlines and prioritize work
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and follow through
  • Ability to work under deadlines and specific time frames
  • Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external customers
  • Ability to demonstrate initiative and to work with minimum supervision
  • Ability to lead large corporate meetings with customers
  • Must be able to travel as needed
