About the role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented person to join our team and lead the growth of client relationships in a high-autonomy, entrepreneurial role. As the primary contact for our clients, you will manage communications, address inquiries, and ensure client satisfaction, driving loyalty and long-term retention.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer account management matters.
- Foster and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to optimize profitability.
- Cultivate trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions aligned with customer needs and goals.
- Communicate progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify growth opportunities with existing clients and recommend improvements to meet sales targets.
- Track and forecast key account metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
- Prepare detailed reports on account status.
- Partner with the Business Development to explore and develop new opportunities within the territory.
- Address complex client requests and manage issue escalations as needed.
- Demonstrate ability to manage multiple account projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail, reviewing subordinate work and ensuring quality client deliverables.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field. (Master’s degree in addition to the 15+ years of experience is a plus.)
- 15+ years of job-related experience.
- Proven ability to communicate, present, and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including executives and C-suite leaders.
- High attention to detail.

- Strong analytical experience related to complex supply chain resources and facility operations.
- Experience with and knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), manufacturing execution systems (MES) and enterprise resource planning systems (ERP), such as SAP a plus.
- Experience working in various distribution and/or manufacturing sectors, demonstrating the ability to adapt to different operational models, processes, and supply chain structures.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
- Working knowledge of database tools or visualization software such as SQL, Python, Tableau, or Power BI a plus.
