• Ensure accurate and timely updates on shipments via MySpot platform.
• Collaborate with carriers to optimize delivery schedules and enhance service quality.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and carriers.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the logistics department.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in logistics operations or customer service.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience with logistics software and systems is a plus.
