- Handle customer inquiries related to MySpot Login and request a quote.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve shipping issues and enhance service delivery.
- Ensure accurate and timely updates on shipments to maintain customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with logistics software and systems is preferred.
