Responsibilities

• Manage shipment tracking and provide customer support through various channels.
• Handle customer inquiries related to MySpot Login and request a quote.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve shipping issues and enhance service delivery.
• Ensure accurate and timely updates on shipments to maintain customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with logistics software and systems is preferred.

Qualifications
