Responsibilities

• Manage shipment tracking and provide customer support through MySpot platform
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to shipments
• Process request forms for quote submissions
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Qualifications

• Experience with logistics software systems
• Knowledge of transportation regulations and compliance
• Understanding of supply chain operations

Skills

• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to handle high volume of calls and emails
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

Pay

Salary range: $50,000 - $70,000 annually

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
