Responsibilities
- Manage shipment tracking and provide customer support through MySpot platform
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to shipments
- Process request forms for quote submissions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Qualifications
- Experience with logistics software systems
- Knowledge of transportation regulations and compliance
- Understanding of supply chain operations
Skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle high volume of calls and emails
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

Pay
Salary range: $50,000 - $70,000 annually
