Responsibilities
- Manage shipment tracking and provide customer support through MySpot platform
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to shipments
- Process request for quotes and coordinate with carriers
- Ensure accurate and timely updates on shipment status
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Qualifications
- Experience with logistics software and systems
- Knowledge of transportation regulations and compliance

Pay
Salary range: $50,000 - $75,000 annually
