Responsible for managing shipments from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage shipment tracking and communication with customers
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Ensure accurate invoicing and payment processing
- Collaborate with carriers to optimize routes and schedules
- Monitor inventory levels and adjust as needed
- Prepare reports on shipment performance and trends
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with logistics software and systems
