What You’ll Do
- Serve as a primary point of contact for SAFCO dealer partners through phone, email, and online communication
- Present and explain SAFCO’s programs, products, and financing solutions to dealership personnel at all levels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing dealer partners while identifying and developing new business opportunities
- Follow up on approvals, counteroffers, pending stipulations, and funding needs in a timely manner
- Collaborate closely with Relationship Managers in the field to support dealer growth and customer satisfaction
- Aid dealers with structuring deals within SAFCO guidelines and lending tolerances
- Provide guidance and training regarding contract documentation and funding requirements
- Maintain consistent communication regarding promotions, marketing initiatives, and program updates
- Support overall sales growth and dealer engagement through proactive outreach and relationship management
- Deliver a high level of professionalism, responsiveness, and service consistency
Qualifications
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Self-motivated with strong follow-up and organizational abilities
- Comfortable communicating with dealership management and sales professionals
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office and business systems
- Automotive finance or dealership experience preferred
- Bilingual skills are a plus
