We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must only include sections when posting has real specific content. We must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Must remove boilerplate. Must preserve all substantive info.
We need to parse description.
First part: "Description: Reporting to the Region Sales Manager, the Account Manager is responsible for maintaining sales revenues and customer relationships within an assigned book of existing customers specific to automotive paint and paint supplies. Then "Requirements:" then "Responsibilities" etc. Actually the text includes "Requirements:" then "Responsibilities" then a list of responsibilities, then "Customer Service", "Marketing", "Management Control", "Additional Duties". Then "Requirements" again with bullet list of qualifications. Then "Physical Requirements". So we need to extract sections.
We need to produce sections: maybe "About the role" (description), "Responsibilities", "Requirements" (qualifications), "Benefits", "Schedule". Also maybe "Physical Requirements" could be a section? Not in allowed headings list; allowed headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can map content accordingly.
We have "Why Work for PSE GROUP?" includes benefits and schedule. So we can create Benefits section with list: Weekends off, Weekday schedule 8am-5pm, 401(k) program with company match, Generous benefits package for full time employees: Medical, Dental and Vision, Company paid life and disability insurance, 3 weeks Paid Time Off, Competitive compensation program, A great work environment with career advancement opportunities! Also maybe "Pay" not given explicitly; we have "Competitive compensation program" but no specific pay. Should we include Pay? The instruction: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. It does state schedule (Weekday schedule 8am-5pm) and benefits (list). So we can include Benefits and Schedule sections. Pay not stated explicitly, so omit.
Now Responsibilities: we have many bullet-like sentences under "Responsibilities" heading then subheadings: Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Management Control, Additional Duties. We need to combine into a list under Responsibilities section. Use

Now Responsibilities: we have many bullet-like sentences under "Responsibilities" heading then subheadings: Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Management Control, Additional Duties. We need to combine into a list under Responsibilities section. Use - . Should we separate subheadings? Not required; just list duties.
We need to preserve all substantive info. So we need to extract each duty sentence.
Let's list responsibilities from text:
Under "Responsibilities" heading:

- Employee is required to carry Automotive Insurance per the company policy guidelines.

Now Requirements/Qualifications/Skills: after "Requirements:" there is a list:
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or in customer account support

- Proven track record of maintaining customer relationships and supporting revenue retention within automotive body paint, paint supplies, or automotive refinish products; field sales or account management experience is preferred

- If usage of employee’s own vehicle is required for company business, employee must obtain appropriate insurance per company policy.
- Employee must be licensed to operate vehicle in accordance with state, federal, and provincial law.
- Must have acceptable driving record from DMV/MTO
Then "Physical Requirements" separate but could be considered under Requirements or maybe Skills? Not in allowed headings; we could incorporate into Requirements as a subsection? But we must not create headings not allowed. Could we put physical requirements under Requirements as list items? Probably okay.
Physical Requirements list:
- Ability to lift and carry approximately 25 – 50 lbs. frequently and 75 – 100 lbs. on occasion.
- The employee will spend approximately 20% of the time sitting, 60% standing, 10% walking, 10% stooping, climbing and kneeling.
- Ability to perceive color differences and wear safety equipment as required.
- Must be able to tolerate non-toxic paint odors.
- Must be able to physically demonstrate paint and associated products by utilizing various product delivery systems such as spray guns and other related equipment.
- The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this job. They are not intended to be an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties and skills required of employees so classified. Depending on the experience, training and their development, employee may be given more discretion in carrying out their responsibilities.
We need to preserve all substantive info; we can include these as list items under Requirements (or maybe under a separate "Physical Requirements" but not allowed). Since we have allowed headings: Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We could split: Requirements (experience, education), Qualifications (maybe same), Skills (skills). But we have overlapping. To keep simple, we can make one Requirements section containing all qualification and physical requirements. Or we could make Requirements for experience/education, Skills for abilities, and Qualifications for physical? But better to follow typical: Requirements (experience, education), Qualifications (maybe same), Skills (abilities). However we risk duplication.
Given instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we can have: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (including qualifications, skills, physical). Benefits, Schedule.
Thus we will not include Qualifications or Skills separate headings.
Now About the role: we need to capture the initial description before "Why Work for PSE GROUP?" That includes reporting line, role summary, company description, brands list. We'll put that in
prose.
We must not repeat job title. So no heading for Account Manager.
Now Benefits: list items.
Schedule: we have "Weekends off" and "Weekday schedule 8am-5pm". Could combine as list.
Now produce HTML fragment.
Structure:
About the role
...
Responsibilities
- ...
...
Requirements
- ...
...
Benefits
- ...
...
Schedule
- ...
...
Make sure to not include any boilerplate like EEO etc. Not present.
Check for any duplicated lines: we need to ensure we didn't repeat.
Now craft the About the role paragraph.
Combine:
