Pay
First year on target total compensation is $120,000 with no cap ($70,000 base).
Requirements
- Two years prior B2B sales success selling commodities into a highly competitive market.
- Proven track record of hunting and developing new business.
- Optimistic outlook, listens and asks questions with ease.
- No problem handling rejection, developing strong relationships early, and consultative selling style.
- Cold-calling on the phone, reaching decision makers, value selling, handling objections, setting high success goals.
- Self-starter with strong sense of urgency, works independently alongside a small team in a satellite location.
- Able to adapt, unafraid of new technology, goal-oriented, organized, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Primary objective of growing existing accounts in an inside sales role.
- Comfortable with Key Performance Indicators and understands the importance of time management.
Qualifications
- Success selling Industrial or Construction supplies to Construction Companies.
- Familiarity with NetSuite ERP.
Schedule
Full time, working in an office 5 days a week in Congers, NY.
