What You’ll Do
- Generate qualified meetings for yourself and partner with Customer Success and Marketing on warm leads
- Demonstrate the value of additional PerformYard products on a variety of customer meetings
- Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and Sales to learn about and be able to demonstrate product releases, enhancements and updates to customers
- Effectively manage an active sales pipeline of growth opportunities across your territory
- Build strong relationships with current customers to help identify areas of opportunity for upsell and increased product value
- Maintain an accurate sales forecast on a weekly/monthly/annual basis and manage your personal sales pipeline
- Leverage CRM tools and sales automation to constantly make yourself more efficient
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3+ years of experience in sales, account executive, business development, or account management roles, preferably in B2B SaaS industry
- At least 1+ year in a quota carrying account management role, with demonstrated success meeting or exceeding targets
- Experience managing current customer upsell opportunities and negotiating contract details
- A demonstrated track record of success in B2B SaaS sales roles
- Strong internal and external communication skills and the ability to present multiple products seamlessly
Bonus Points
- Experience with QBRs and developing strategic account plans
- Strong public speaking skills and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to develop and manage Executive relationships
- Familiarity with renewal processes
