About the role
Paul Logistics is seeking a motivated and client-focused Account Manager to join our logistics division. This role is ideal for someone with experience in trucking, brokerage, or transportation operations who is ready to manage high-volume accounts, improve customer satisfaction, and drive revenue. You’ll be responsible for overseeing shipments, strengthening broker partnerships, and ensuring each client’s experience is seamless.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client accounts, ensuring efficient coordination and on-time deliveries
- Serve as the primary contact for broker partners and customers
- Collaborate with internal teams to execute logistics solutions
- Negotiate rates and build long-term broker relationships
- Monitor KPIs and address issues proactively
- Analyze performance trends to improve service and efficiency
Qualifications
- 2+ years in logistics, freight brokerage, or transportation operations (strongly preferred)
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge and experience of steel pipe, strongly preferred
- Confident in negotiations and customer service interactions
- Proficient in CRM and logistics management tools
- Able to multitask and stay composed in a dynamic environment
