Pathpoint is the full-service E&S wholesaler that combines smart technology and expert E&S guidance to give brokers and agents unprecedented visibility and control. Traditional wholesalers offer market access without technology. Insurtech platforms offer technology without expert guidance. We do both: an in-house team of specialized E&S experts engaged at every step, paired with technology that automates the end-to-end process. Since we started trading in 2021, broad market access has helped thousands of brokers grow into bigger accounts and broader books, and we are just getting started. We are looking for an Account Manager to own and grow a sales territory. This is a production role first: your job is to generate written premium. You will run the territory like it is yours, setting the plan, building the pipeline, and knowing every agency worth knowing in your market. You also start with the groundwork already laid. Your territory comes with proven agency partners whose business you will grow first, and a qualified set of high-potential agencies to prospect second. You are not building a distribution network from scratch; you are compounding one into a durable, building book of business. Pathpoint is entering a new phase: mature growth and expanding into more territories and markets than we have ever covered. We are looking for great E&S experts who want to be part of that.
