Job requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in account management or customer service.
• Demonstrated experience managing customer accounts, orders, or commercial relationships.
• Prowen ability to interpret customer needs and translate them into accurate internal actions (quoting, scheduling, order updates, issue resolution).
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally to support customer requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data and make recommendations or anticipate customer needs.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently with both customers and internal teams.
• A track record of building strong relationships, driving customer satisfaction, and maintaining high service standards.
