Account Manager
About the role
The Account Manager owns a high-volume portfolio and is responsible for renewals, retention, and expansion through efficient, repeatable motions. They manage renewals and expansion across a portfolio of Small and Medium-sized Business, or SMB, accounts, drive cross-sell opportunities across Mosai solutions, proactively prospect and build pipeline within existing Mosai accounts, monitor adoption and identify risk and expansion signals, maintain accurate forecasts and pipeline, develop and execute account plans and growth strategy, maintain and expand executive relationships, partner closely with Customer Success to align on value and adoption, coordinate with internal roles as needed, and perform all other job-related duties as assigned.
Responsibilities
- Manage renewals and expansion across portfolio of Small and Medium-sized Business, or SMB, accounts
- Drive cross-sell opportunities across Mosai solutions
- Proactively prospect and build pipeline within existing Mosai accounts
- Maintain accurate forecasts and pipeline
- Develop and execute account plans and growth strategy
- Maintain and expand executive relationships
- Partner closely with Customer Success to align on value and adoption
- Cook up with internal roles as needed
- Perform all other job-related duties as assigned
Requirements
- 3-7+ years in account management or sales in SaaS, healthcare technology, or related industries
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Experience managing high-volume account portfolios
- Strong financial and value-based selling skills
- Strong communication skills
- Consistent quota attainment
Work Environment
This role is preferred to be based in Nashville or Jacksonville, near Mosai's offices. Quarterly travel is required for sales team meetings and trainings. Travel required to clients, conferences, and prospects as needed.

The in-office noise level in the work environment is typical of that of an office. Frequent interruptions may be encountered throughout the workday.
