Responsibilities
- Possess the ability to prospect for potential new clients through cold calling and setting up meetings with decision-makers.
- Work with the team to develop proposals addressing client needs, concerns, and objectives, and participate in pricing the solution/service.
- Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements, and working through differences to a positive conclusion using various persuasive techniques.
- Present new products and services to enhance existing relationships and meet customer needs, collaborating with technical staff, analytics group, marketing, and other internal colleagues.
- Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs.
- Attend industry functions like association events and conferences, providing feedback and information on market and creative trends.
- Present to and consult with mid and senior level management on business trends, aiming to develop new services, products, and distribution channels.
- Identify and develop the company's unique selling propositions and differentiators based on knowledge of the market and competitors.
- Submit weekly progress reports and ensure data accuracy within the company's CRM or other sales management systems.
- Forecast and meet sales targets, tracking and recording activity on accounts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3-5 years proven work experience in Sales directly in labels or flexible packaging
- Must occasionally lift up to 10 pounds
- Knowledge of CRM Software and Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
