Key Responsibilities
- Create and distribute quotes for customers mainly renovation and small builder accounts.
- Ensure Majestic systems reflect accurate quotes, pricing, discount and product requirements.
- Create and maintain customer records, updating details when contacts change or when customers request quotations or place orders.
- Maintain communication with customers to coordinate appointments or to obtain updated information in order to process quotes and orders in a timely manner.
- Aid with incoming calls and respond to all customer emails and inquiries in a timely manner.
- Monitor customer relations and seek to address any open issues.
- Track and monitor all open issues.
- Provide subject matter expertise to internal and external customers and to team members through ongoing training and coaching and assist with handling escalated customer issues as needed.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in sales support, inside sales, or marketing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail for precise analysis of data.
- Strong technology skills and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems and Production systems.
- Time management and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
