Account Manager
About the role
Manage a portfolio of existing Litify clients to ensure retention and satisfaction
Identify and drive upsell and expansion opportunities by understanding client goals and aligning them with Litify solutions
Own and execute renewal motions, collaborating with internal teams and client stakeholders
Consult, educate, and strategize with clients to help grow their business using Litify
Engage in business reviews, and strategic check-ins to drive value
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets tied to renewals and expansions
Stay up to date on Litify platform updates, industry trends, and best practices to inform your client recommendations
Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Implementation, Support and Product & Engineering teams to ensure seamless execution, customer satisfaction, and long-term partnership success.
Requirements
A bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
At least 2-5 years experience in a SaaS account management or customer-facing role
Strong sales instincts and ability to build trusted client relationships
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
Experience presenting to and engaging with executive-level stakeholders
Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset
Self-motivated and organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms preferred
Experience in the legal industry or selling to law firms, corporate legal departments, or government entities is a plus
Comfortable with commercial negotiation and willing to refine selling style as needed
Pay
The estimated compensation range for this role is $80,000-90,000 base salary + $40,000 in variable pay.
