Account Manager
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Identify and react to trends and opportunities within our markets
- Develop new business with existing customers
- Manage critical performance goals/objectives to drive and deliver improved organizational capabilities
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customers, especially medical providers
- Manage challenging provider's requests and issues
- Conduct in-service training sessions and meetings
- Manage weekly or monthly meetings with customers
- Provide productivity and updates on managed accounts and special projects
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field OR equivalent business experience
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present to and influence key stakeholders
- Strong listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
- Able to multitask and respond to emails and inquiries in a timely manner
- Ability to perform in a heavy inbound/outbound call environment with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of work quality
- Proficient in MS Office
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with medical providers and attorneys
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Experience using Salesforce or CRM software
