You will act as a trusted liaison, managing sensitive medical records and ensuring accurate, timely communication with clients. Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
- Provide bi-weekly status updates and proactive outreach on open cases
- Respond to client inquiries within the same business day, resolving issues promptly and accurately
- Verify and process medical records in compliance with HIPAA and all legal standards
- Collaborate with legal and medical offices to gather and communicate essential case information
- Troubleshoot client concerns and document outcomes to ensure first-contact resolution
- Safeguard confidential client information and escalate critical feedback to leadership
- Support internal staff with accurate, up-to-date record management

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3+ years of customer service experience in a professional setting
- General proficiency with Outlook, Word, Adobe Acrobat, and web-based platforms
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Excellent attendance, punctuality, and accountability
Pay
$22-$24/hr
