ACCOUNT MANAGER: Lexitas provides legal support services for attorneys, where responsive, detail-oriented professionals excel in managing client accounts. Join a High-Growth Legal Services Leader ABOUT THE ROLE:Lexitas is seeking a client-focused and detail-oriented Account Manager. This role is vital in delivering a premium client experience to attorneys and legal teams. You will act as a trusted liaison, managing sensitive medical records and ensuring accurate, timely communication with clients. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accountsProvide bi-weekly status updates and proactive outreach on open casesRespond to client inquiries within the same business day, resolving issues promptly and accuratelyVerify and process medical records in compliance with HIPAA and all legal standardsCollaborate with legal and medical offices to gather and communicate essential case informationTroubleshoot client concerns and document outcomes to ensure first-contact resolutionSafeguard confidential client information and escalate critical feedback to leadershipSupport internal staff with accurate, up-to-date record management WHAT YOU’LL BRING:A service-minded professional who thrives in a fast-paced, client-centric environmentSomeone with exceptional attention to detail, communication skills, and organizational capabilitiesA natural problem solver who takes ownership and consistently exceeds expectationsA collaborative team player with a “can-do” attitude and high level of initiativeFamiliarity with subpoenas, written depositions, and legal records is a plus QUALIFICATIONS:High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred3+ years of customer service experience in a professional settingGeneral proficiency with Outlook, Word, Adobe Acrobat, and web-based platformsDemonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretionExcellent attendance, punctuality, and accountability SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: This role is not a supervisor position.
