Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of customers.
  • Build strong relationships with Talent Acquisition and HR leaders.
  • Drive product adoption through onboarding, training, and best-practice guidance.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to assess goals and performance.
  • Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and support renewal discussions.
  • Advocate for customer needs and collaborate internally with Product, Support, and Sales.

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years in Account Management or Customer Success, ideally in SaaS or HR tech.
  • Understanding of recruiting workflows and talent acquisition processes.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple customers in a fast-moving environment.
