Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of customers.
- Build strong relationships with Talent Acquisition and HR leaders.
- Drive product adoption through onboarding, training, and best-practice guidance.
- Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to assess goals and performance.
- Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and support renewal discussions.
- Advocate for customer needs and collaborate internally with Product, Support, and Sales.
Qualifications
- 2–5 years in Account Management or Customer Success, ideally in SaaS or HR tech.
- Understanding of recruiting workflows and talent acquisition processes.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple customers in a fast-moving environment.
