Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Brokers and support staff in the service of employee benefits business.
- Establish and maintain a proactive service plan for clients, providing excellent customer service, ensuring departmental and client needs are met.
- Handle complex client issues and make recommendations by utilizing client service, administration expertise, and carrier resources.
- Support the Broker on activities required for a smooth transition and/or implementation of new business while simultaneously ensuring the retention of current clients.
Requirements
- Benefits experience: Minimum of 1 year
- Experience with a PC, proficient in MS Office
- Strong knowledge of Employee Benefits Health, Life & Disability Insurance
- Licenses: Must already hold an active insurance license or be able to obtain one
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Technology proficiency: Comfortable working with modern tools and AI
