Account Manager

What You’ll Do

• Assist Sales in completing seminar campaign order details by communicating with clients by phone and or email.
• Establish, maintain and foster good working relationships with each client.
• Create, communicate and execute seminar campaign deadlines with client to ensure proper delivery of product to meet client expectations.
• Cook up and manage 90+ seminar campaigns a month simultaneously from point of order received through product delivery.
• Able to work in a high paced environment alongside professional sales people in a clean professional office setting.
• Enter and track all seminar campaigns into businesses management system.
• Able to manage customer relationship and act as a liaison between client and sales representatives.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor degree preferred.
• Must have solid computer skills, with thorough knowledge of Outlook and Microsoft Office products (especially Excel).
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, marketing, printing, graphics, pre-press, or mail house preferred.
• Requires excellent problem-solving skills to resolve internal and external issues.
• Highly organized and possess superior follow-up skills and can prioritize and multi-task.
• Attention to detail.
• Must be resourceful, a team player and customer oriented.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Be competitive, driven and confident.
