Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Collaborate, build, and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients, act as a point of contact, and represent clients’ interests.
- Oversee and detail client order requests, communicate effectively with Service Delivery, and escalate issues to address client needs.
- Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of quotes and orders, update client systems, and proactively identify and mitigate issues.
- Account Growth: Develop opportunities to grow existing accounts, align with client goals, and provide analysis of sales probabilities.
- Client Satisfaction: Monitor and assess client satisfaction through KPIs, address concerns promptly, and ensure high levels of client retention.
- Internal Account Management Support: Assist business development team by setting up meetings, compiling meeting notes, and sharing executive summaries.
- Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular updates and performance reports, create presentation decks, and organize client events.
- Contract Renewals: Contribute to contract renewal processes, provide financial analysis, and ensure favorable outcomes for both parties.
- Pricing Management: Oversee quote creation, revisions, and delivery, manage margins, monitor forecast revenue, and resolve billing or PO issues.
- Forecasting and Budgeting: Manage account budgets, updates to regular forecasting, and ensure profitability while meeting client expectations.
- Organize Client Events: Plan and execute events for clients, fostering positive relationships through client engagement.
Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong experience in independently managing projects with minimal supervision.
- Effective collaboration across cross-functional teams and departments.
- Demonstrated success in building positive working relationships and resolving challenges professionally.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in account management, client operations, or sales (2+ years preferred).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Problem-solving skills and effective resolution of client concerns.
- Experience in localization and media.
- A track record of meeting or exceeding targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
