Responsibilities
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or in-person regarding policies, coverages, billing, and claims.
- Process policy changes, endorsements, cancellations, and renewals accurately and promptly.
- Provide quotes for new business and remarket existing policies when appropriate.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional, friendly service.
- Review coverage and policy details with clients to ensure proper protection.
- Identify cross-sell opportunities and refer to producers.
- Maintain accurate and organized client records within the agency management system.
- Assist with policy renewals by reviewing accounts for coverage needs.
Qualifications
- Highschool or GED required
- Minimum of 1-year prior insurance experience required
- Must be licensed or willing to obtain license
- Basic technology and computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Experience using AMS 360 or similar Agency Management System
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of insurance products, coverages, and rating
- Able to multi-task while maintaining accuracy
- Accuracy in this position is critical
- Able to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
