Account Manager

About the role

The Account Manager provides superior customer service to maintain consumer relationships and meet company account‑management expectations while adhering to company standards, policies, and procedures. This role positively impacts customer growth and revenue through sales activities, account management, and total customer satisfaction. Candidates should be friendly, have excellent communication skills, an outgoing personality, a desire to learn, and be customer‑service oriented.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Deliver “white glove” service in stores and customers’ homes, provide friendly experiences, and obtain new orders on the sales floor and over the phone.
• Deliveries and Pickups: Safely load, unload, and install products, follow handling and transportation procedures, and keep assigned vehicles clean and maintained.
• Merchandising: Keep the store inviting and organized, refurbish merchandise to like‑new condition, and maintain a dust‑free, vacuumed showroom.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid state driver’s license with a good driving record (company vehicle will be driven).
• Ability to lift and move furniture, electronics, and appliances.
• Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Consistent in‑person attendance.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, crawl, climb, and frequently lift/move heavy items throughout the day.

Pay

Hourly rate: $17.00 – $18.28 (paid weekly). A $500 sign‑on bonus is offered: $250 after 30 days and $250 after 90 days.

Schedule

Full‑time position. Hours are Monday through Saturday, store open‑to‑close, with Sundays off plus one additional weekday off. Schedules and overtime may change throughout the year based on management and business needs.
