About the role

Manage customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and drive renewals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their success and satisfaction.
  • Identify customer needs and opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and support teams to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery.
  • Conduct regular account reviews to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and present proposals to secure new business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in account management or customer success roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience with CRM systems.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Skills

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
