It’s a gadget with an awesome community that brings together millions of people around the world. We're building new products: Flipper One — a full-featured ARM-based computer running Linux in a compact form factor, powered by the Rockchip RK3576 SoCBUSY Bar — a smart productivity multi-tool that helps users stay focused and minimize distractions We're looking for an Account Manager to grow our international B2B distribution network, manage existing partners, and develop new partnerships across Asia, India, South America, and other regions. Responsibilities: Manage existing distributors and B2B partners (distributors, marketplaces 1P & retail chains) while identifying, evaluating, and onboarding new partners across target regions to expand our international distribution networkNegotiate commercial terms, including pricing, minimum order quantities, and supply conditions, and close agreements with new and existing partnersManage contract execution, invoicing, accounts receivable, and related documentation to ensure partners meet their commercial obligationsCalculate and monitor margins by partner and region to maintain healthy unit economicsCoordinate with the legal team on distributor agreements and other commercial contracts to move deals from negotiation to signatureMonitor markets and competitors and report on the sales pipeline, negotiations, and financial performance to support regional business decisions Requirements: English and Chinese proficiency sufficient to independently conduct business negotiations with international partnersHands-on experience negotiating and closing distribution agreements with partners across multiple international marketsAbility to work from CET+1 or a more easterly time zone, with sufficient overlap with partners in China and other Asian marketsReadiness to handle operational account management, including invoicing, accounts receivable, and document flowStrong understanding of margins and unit economicsConfident command of Excel or Google Sheets for commercial calculations, reporting, and partner performance tracking Nice-to-haves: Experience in e-commerce or consumer electronics and tech gadgetsFamiliarity with international product certificationUnderstanding of Incoterms and international logistics What we offer: Choose your work format: office, hybrid, or fully remote from anywhere in the worldYou will be provided with all the necessary equipment for a comfortable working environmentBenefits such as VHI, corporate sports, foreign language courses, and therapy sessionsA five-day workweek with a flexible start of the working day
