Responsibilities
- Communicate professionally in person, over the phone, and via email to accounts and team members
- Track growth/decline of managed customer accounts and identify new opportunities
- Utilize TMS to enter bids and maintain communication with customers
- Provide customers with quick, effective solutions if problems arise
- Continuously build and increase your industry knowledge
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers
- Assist the accounting department with any invoicing problems that may arise
- Generate sales among existing customer accounts, including upselling and cross-selling
- Service multiple customer accounts concurrently, often meeting deadlines
Requirements
- High school diploma (required)
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred)
- Minimum of two years’ experience in logistics (preferred)
- Minimum of three years’ experience in customer service (preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Passion for sales and the art of negotiation
- Self-starter mentality
- Ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment
- Strategically focused and persistent
- Ability to multitask while simultaneously building relationships

Pay
$45,000 - $50,000 a year (base salary) plus bi-weekly commission.
