Position Summary

Fisher’s is seeking a qualified Account Manager to join the Sales Team. This role involves prospect development, sales calls, product demonstrations, proposal and bid preparation, communicating company strategies, developing account strategies, conducting site assessments, and managing service issues. The position offers an uncapped commission structure with high earning potential.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Possess strong prospecting and sales call skills
• Prepare and deliver product demonstrations and proposals
• Communicate Fisher’s Technology’s strategies and direction to key decision-makers
• Create and implement targeted account strategies to grow business
• Conduct site assessments and provide product recommendations and replacement strategies
• Achieve and exceed sales quotas for products and services
• Show expertise in assigned product areas
• Demonstrate cross-selling capabilities across the customer base
• Ensure customer satisfaction through regular account reviews and service issue resolution

Requirements

• A four-year degree is preferred, but not required
• Proficiency in MS Windows, Word, and Excel
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills
• Sales experience is preferred, but not required
