Role Overview
- Focus on high-volume inbound inquiries and expanding the existing customer base in the Costa Mesa showroom territory.
- Ensure customers receive an industry-best experience through efficient, reliable account management and service offerings.
- Build long-lasting relationships with architects, interior designers, major brands, and contractors.
- Support field sales staff and collaborate with the broader team for seamless order fulfillment.
- Manage the end-to-end order process from initial inquiries to post-sales administration and database tracking.
- Cultivate lasting relationships with high-level trade accounts and explore upsell opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to maximize revenue and foster account growth.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for trade clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Fireclay Tile's offerings to advise clients and enhance their satisfaction.
- Demonstrate success in building pipeline through in-market meetings and presentations.
Meet Your Team
Guided by Emily Moizes-Beal and Hugo Flores, you will be part of a highly collaborative 4-person Costa Mesa sales team and the larger 60-person growing sales organization. Your compensation is directly tied to your success in maintaining active accounts, creating new project leads, and converting projects into quotes and book sales. You will be supported by a phenomenal team across Marketing, Sales, Client Support, Innovation, and Production to ensure all logistics and customer support are handled with VIP care.
