Account Manager

FASTSIGNS of Eugene (PKS Enterprises LLC) is hiring an Account Manager / Inside Sales Representative to own the full B2B customer relationship and sales cycle from day one. This role is in-office and not entry-level.

About the role

You’ll take over an existing book of business generating $400,000–$500,000 in annual revenue. Responsibilities include understanding client goals, scoping and quoting projects, converting estimates to signed orders, writing design briefs, managing proof approval, and coordinating installation to ensure customer satisfaction. This role differs from our Customer Service Rep position, which handles walk-ins and smaller jobs.

Responsibilities

• Own the full B2B customer relationship and sales cycle from initial contact to project completion
• Understand client objectives and translate them into actionable project scopes
• Prepare and present quotes, converting estimates into signed orders
• Write clear design briefs and manage proof approval processes
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project delivery and installation
• Drive repeat business through strong client relationships and follow-through

Requirements

• Able to work in the Eugene office daily (not remote/hybrid)
• Valid driver’s license (company vehicle use required)
• Prior experience in B2B sales, account management, or project management
• Sharp, organized, and detail-oriented—every project is custom
• Proven track record of building relationships and closing loops without reminders

Pay

• Base salary: $50,000–$60,000/year
• Uncapped monthly commission (Year 1: $10,000–$20,000; Year 2+ grows exponentially)
• Team-based bonus structure
• Mileage reimbursement
