Account Manager
About the Role
As a FASTSIGNS Account Manager, you will be the initial contact with current and prospective customers in our FASTSIGNS Center. You will work with customers through email, telephone, in-person visits, and at their place of business, building long-lasting relationships by turning prospects into customers and then into long-term clients.
The sign industry is dynamic and ever-changing, offering unique and highly customized projects ranging from small jobs to large-scale initiatives. You will never be bored, as you’ll see your work displayed around town in various industries.
This role involves preparing estimates, implementing work orders, ensuring timely delivery of finished orders, participating in daily team meetings, executing business and marketing plans, and contributing to the success of the FASTSIGNS Center.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for current and prospective customers via email, phone, in-person, and on-site visits.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships by converting prospects into loyal customers.
- Prepare and present estimates for signage projects.
- Implement work orders and ensure timely delivery of finished products.
- Participate in daily team meetings and contribute to business and marketing plans.
- Collaborate with a supportive team in a fast-paced environment.
- Engage in ongoing learning and skill development within the sign industry.

Pay
$22.00 - $25.00 per hour.
