As we grow our healthcare staffing business across metro Atlanta, we have multiple Account Manager openings and are hiring sales professionals at every level, from entry-level to experienced. You'll be out in the field meeting hospital and facility leaders, building relationships, and winning job orders. If you have the right energy and attitude, we'll train you on the rest. What You'll Do Prospect and win new healthcare clients across metro Atlanta, including hospitals, health systems, clinics, long-term care, and outpatient facilitiesVisit client sites regularly to meet hiring managers, nurse leaders, and HR, and build relationships in personNetwork actively at facilities, industry events, and local healthcare associationsCold call and set meetings with new decision-makersLearn each client's staffing needs and recommend the right solution, whether contract, per diem, contract-to-hire, or permanent placementClose job orders and pass them to our recruiting team for fulfillmentKeep clients satisfied with responsive, professional serviceMeet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targetsTrack activity and pipeline in our CRM What We're Looking For 0-8 years of sales, business development, or customer-facing experience. We're hiring at all levels, from entry-level candidates ready to learn to experienced sales professionals ready to hit the ground running.
