Account Manager
About the role
ESS Account Managers oversee daily operations, activities, and staff within assigned school districts, acting as the liaison between ESS field staff, district administrators, and the corporate office to ensure the delivery of quality services.
Responsibilities
- Conduct site-visits and meetings with ESS clients within the Colorado Springs district.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all client and ESS management matters relating to contract and account operations.
- Manage and motivate staff, including hiring, firing, disciplinary actions, and recognition.
- Assist with presentations to the school board of education.
- Train, direct, and appraise staff.
- Create daily schedules for optimal manpower utilization.
- Develop and implement recruiting efforts for clients, such as job fairs and special hiring events.
- Provide exceptional customer service by offering professional and empathetic solutions to issues.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Regional Manager.
Requirements
- Minimum of one year of experience in management or a leadership role.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with management reports.
- Strong ability to interact well with others, prioritize tasks, and multi-task.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain high ethical standards, integrity, and confidentiality.
