We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we need to use headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must include only sections that have real specific content. The posting includes: description (intro) about company and role. Could be "About the role" or maybe "About Entrata"? The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we need to decide which sections we have content for. We have: - About the role: we have description of role: "Entrata is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager...". Could be placed under About the role. - Responsibilities: list of duties. - Qualifications: list. - Skills: maybe not explicitly separate; but we have qualifications includes skills. Could combine? The instruction says prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. We could have About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Benefits. Possibly also Skills? But qualifications already cover skills. Might not need separate Skills. - Benefits: we have benefits list. - Pay: posting mentions "In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for commission This band covers the full salary range for the role. Your offer within this range will depend on factors like experience, skills, and internal equity. Level: Q4". That's some pay info but not specific numbers. It says "This band covers the full salary range for the role." No actual numbers. According to rules: do NOT include Pay section unless posting actually states them (specific). It says never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD"). Here it's vague but not exactly placeholder? It says "This band covers the full salary range for the role." That's still vague. Probably better to omit Pay section. - Schedule: not mentioned. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Benefits. We need to preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. Must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate like EEO, etc. Also remove duplicated lines, cookie/navigation/legal etc. The posting includes some EEO statement and AI hiring process note etc. Those should be removed. We need to keep the list of states where they hire? That's maybe part of location info but not a section; could be included in About the role? Might be considered metadata; but we can keep as a short paragraph maybe under About the role? The instruction: fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. So we could include a short paragraph about hiring locations. We need to preserve all substantive information: company intro, role description, responsibilities list, qualifications list, benefits list, hiring locations, maybe note about commission? Since we omitted Pay, we might lose commission info. But commission is part of compensation; it's substantive. However we cannot create Pay section unless we have specific numbers. Could we include commission info under About the role or Benefits? Benefits section is for benefits like health, retirement etc. Commission is compensation, not benefit. Could we put it under About the role as a short sentence? The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we could add a short paragraph about compensation under About the role or maybe a separate "Compensation" but not listed as allowed heading. Allowed headings are only those listed. So we must fit compensation into one of those sections. Perhaps we can put it under Benefits? But benefits usually refer to non-salary perks. However the instruction says "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." Benefits we have actual content, so we can have Benefits section. Pay we don't have specific numbers, but we have mention of commission eligibility and band. That's still compensation info but not specific numbers. Could we include it under Benefits as a note? Might be stretching. Better to include a short paragraph about compensation under About the role, as it's part of role description. Thus About the role will contain: company intro, role description, note about commission eligibility and band, hiring locations maybe. Responsibilities: bullet list. Qualifications: bullet list. Benefits: bullet list. We must not include duplicated lines. Ensure we preserve all substantive info from responsibilities, qualifications, benefits. Let's extract responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders in assigned strategic accounts. - Understand clients' business objectives and challenges, and align Entrata's solutions to address their unique needs. - Develop account plans that outline strategies for growth, upsell opportunities, and retention. - Collaborate with internal teams to identify and pursue expansion opportunities within existing accounts. - Possess a deep understanding of Entrata's product suite and how it adds value to clients. - Provide consultative guidance to clients on best practices, industry trends, and innovative solutions to optimize their use of Entrata's products. - Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Implementation, and Support, to ensure a seamless client experience. - Communicate effectively with clients to convey product updates, new features, and relevant information. Qualifications: - 3-5 years of experience with technology/software sales (SaaS, PaaS, enterprise software, etc.) - Proven track record of successfully managing and growing a book of accounts. - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate challenging situations and find effective solutions. - Familiarity with property management, real estate, or related industries is a plus. - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. - Comfortable using and explaining complex software solutions; experience with property management software is a plus. Benefits: - Flexible and transparent culture with remote and hybrid work options, generous vacation time, and frequent company recharge days for work-life balance. - Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, including fertility benefits, available for eligible employees and their families. - HSA/FSA options and employer-paid disability benefits provided for eligible employees. - Access to 401(k) or similar retirement plans with employer matching for eligible employees, ensuring long-term financial security. - Wellness initiatives promoting physical and mental well-being, access to an onsite gym at HQ, gym memberships, mental health resources, wellness challenges, and employee assistance programs. - Entrata Cares programs offers opportunities for volunteerism, charity events, and giving back to our community. - Exclusive Previ cell phone plan and discounts on services or local business partnerships for additional employee benefits. - Bi-annual swag drops for employees. Also mention hiring locations: "Currently, Entrata hires in Arizona, Idaho, Utah, Wyoming, Texas, North Carolina, Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Illinois for Exempt roles and Arizona, Idaho, Utah, Wyoming, Texas, North Carolina, and Florida for Non-Exempt roles." This is location info; we can include as a short paragraph under About the role. Also mention commission: "In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for commission This band covers the full salary range for the role. Your offer within this range will depend on factors like experience, skills, and internal equity. Level: Q4". We'll include as a short sentence. Now we need to strip boilerplate: EEO statement, AI hiring process note, "It’s a great place to work! Will you join us?" etc. Also remove duplicated lines. Now produce HTML fragment:
