Account Manager

Principle Responsibilities and Duties

• Meet sales targets.
• Contribute to the development of sales strategies leading to successful orders.
• Maintain customer base within market area of focus.
• Be aware of potential projects suitable for execution by Enerflex.
• Network and develop relationships with customers to further the Enerflex brand reputation and promise.
• Demonstrate the benefits of Enerflex products to prospective customers.
• Review project documentation and prepare budgetary quotations as necessary.
• Liaison with applications engineer to develop and submit proposal to the customers.
• Review project commercial T&Cs and provide comments as necessary.
• Liaison with Enerflex legal and commercial team as necessary.
• Stay engaged with the customer and the factory during project execution. Ensure the projects are executed to customer and company satisfaction.
• Travel and work non-standard hours including evenings and weekends as required.
• Abside by and promote company HSE policy.

Qualifications

• Mechanical or Chemical Engineering degree coupled with minimum 5-10 years of relevant work experience.
• Knowledgeable with refrigeration and rotating equipment fundamentals.
• Excellent networking and customer relationship skills.
• Demonstrated ethical behavior.
• Being organized with attention to detail.
• Having excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
• Must be self-motivated and team oriented, capable of learning, managing time, priorities, and operating well under pressure with little supervision.
• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
