Job Summary
The Account Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, promoting investigative and intelligence services, and supporting the growth of the business.
Responsibilities
- Engage with new and existing clients to identify needs and present solutions.
- Cook up with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and address client concerns.
- Conduct regular client communications, both remotely and in person, to foster engagement and identify opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and activities using company systems.
- Represent the organization at industry events and client meetings as needed.
- Monitor account activity and follow up to ensure ongoing satisfaction and retention.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of sales and service processes.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated success in a client-facing or sales role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands
- Proficiency with productivity and CRM tools
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and events
