Responsibilities
- Drive Regional Revenue: Meet and exceed all unit sales goals, revenue projections, and strategic Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by executive leadership.
- Routinely analyze sales reports and territory data to uncover performance gaps, project future volume, and implement tactical action plans.
- Execute an efficient travel calendar of minimum 1 visit every quarter per Sam’s Club in region to maintain high-visibility market coverage.
- Continually assess localized market conditions to determine customer needs, proactively neutralizing competitive threats within the territory.
- Sam’s Club Engagement: Establish trusted, sustainable relationships with in-club professionals (Audiologists and Hearing Instrument Specialists) to encourage brand loyalty and clinical confidence.
- Nations Hearing Collaboration: Build strong networks with Nations Hearing regional personnel, field coordinators, trainers and operational management to align local strategies and maximize referred patient traffic.
- Warehouse-Level Support: Nurture professional ties with Sam’s Club Warehouse Personnel and regional staff to integrate Bernafon seamlessly into general club operations.
- Audiological Training: Educate and train in-club fitters on Bernafon product portfolios, hardware mechanics, and proprietary fitting software to support an excellent patient experience.
- Design and deliver dynamic, motivating audiological workshops and seminars to audiences ranging from individual specialists up to potential large regional meetings.
- CEU Management: Collaborate with the clinical training department to facilitate continuous education unit (CEU) certifications for regional training attendees.
- Prepare and submit thorough field activity summaries, sales forecasts, and market-trend logs directly to the National Sales Manager.
- CRM Reporting & Administration: Salesforce/CRM Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation of all account interactions, contacts, and milestones in the company CRM system daily.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or active Hearing Instrument Specialist (HIS) certification.
- Minimum of three (3) years of successful sales experience withing the hearing aid industry, medical device sector or related healthcare business.
- Strong audiological or technical background with proven expertise in related software configurations and patient facilitation strategies.
- Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Professional familiarity with modern CRM and enterprise tools.
