About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of delivering Czarnowski’s customer marketing programs, focusing on developing and producing outstanding events for existing clients, including trade shows, sales meetings, and private events. You will work closely with Account Directors to maintain strong client relationships while managing the tactical aspects of project deliverables—ensuring they are on time and on budget—by leveraging our technical and execution resources.
As the primary point person, you will manage every facet of a project, from creative development to production oversight, logistics coordination, vendor management, and collaboration across the Czarnowski network. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will ensure the seamless execution of each event.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact between Czarnowski and clients for all project deliverables.
- Foster effective working relationships with colleagues at all levels and contribute to a positive, healthy work environment.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and Czarnowski systems to interact with internal and external teams, prepare client correspondence, proposals, and presentations.
- Engage with estimating teams and support services to create show-specific estimates and reformat existing estimates.
- Develop timelines, schedules, and project plans; communicate action items to project teams and monitor adherence to deadlines.
- Manage workload efficiently using Czarnowski’s systems, tools, and processes related to project workflow.
- Collaborate with operational departments to ensure timely completion of project deliverables.
- Work closely with on-site field teams to manage show services and schedule installation and dismantle labor.
- Maintain deadlines, prioritize workload, and operate within project time constraints.
- Manage approval processes and ensure compliance with show-specific rules and regulations.
- Proactively identify and address project-related issues, collaborating with stakeholders to develop resolutions.
- Respond promptly to all internal and client communications, acknowledging receipt within 24 hours.
Financial Responsibilities
- Assist with forecasting client financial activity on a 12-month rolling calendar.
- Maintain and update project financials within Czarnowski systems.
- Manage project change orders, ensuring cost-related approvals are documented and communicated.
- Review and reconcile estimated costs with actual incurred costs, providing detailed reports and invoice recommendations.
- Maintain target profit margins, evaluated per project and annually.
- Review, recommend, and implement estimating adjustments for recurring projects based on historical financial data.
- Review all estimates and invoice drafts for accuracy before submission to clients.
- Understand client billing procedures and resolve unpaid invoices in a timely manner.

Preferred Experience
- 3+ years of experience in face-to-face experiential marketing or a creative solution-based agency.
- 3+ years of client-facing experience in an event/exhibit marketing agency.
- Experience working with large, multi-faceted teams in a leadership or supporting role.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret complex, often conflicting information and reorganize it clearly for teams.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
