Account Manager Location: Frostproof, Florida 33843Duration: 13 Weeks, contract (with potential for hire)Shift Details: Tuesdays-Saturday (8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.)Pay Rate: $23.00-25.00/hr ResponsibilitiesClient Engagement:Serving as the primary liaison for key accountsConducting business reviews and delivering performance update Routing Management: Reviewing and approving outbound routing decisionsEnsuring carrier selection meets cost, service-level, and client requirements. Performance Oversight: Monitoring on-time delivery, order accuracy, and inventory integrityImplementing corrective actions for deviations Issue Resolution: Managing escalated client concernsCoordinating with operations to resolve service disruptions. Strategic Planning and Reporting:Identifying growth opportunities within accountsPreparing leadership and client reportingTracking trends and recommending process improvements QualificationsBachelor’s degree in an analytical field or equivalent related work or military experience1 year of experience in operations, preferably in manufacturing or logisticsLean or Six Sigma experienceProject management experienceExperience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)Availability to travel up to 25% of the timeExperience in a customer-facing roleMicrosoft Project experience preferred Category Code: JN037SeniorityLevel: Mid-Senior
