Account Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and lead client relationships within a diverse client portfolio
• Support senior Account Team members across various top tier accounts
• Represent the voice of the client in all internal discussions
• Deliver an exceptional client experience, fostering loyalty, by effectively onboarding clients, and uncovering their preferences/expectations to set project teams up for success
• Identify potential roadblocks and partner with manager to course correct proactively
• Ensure final deliverables meet the quality, objectives and expectations of the agency and the client
• Own all account financials including contracts, budgets, change orders, and invoices
• Accurately communicate revenue expectations and predictions to internal teams
• Develop an understanding of the client's business/industry and Cramer's industry
• Lead proposals with support from manager
• Manage forecasting and accurately communicate to leadership
• Monitor industry trends and client activities to identify new opportunities for growth
• Own project kickoff, reconciliation and debrief meetings both internally and with client, developing remediation plans when necessary

Requirements

• At least 3 years of demonstrated experience in an agency environment
• Experience with experiential, strategy or production is highly regarded
• Excellent organizational, time management, communication and client management skills
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a dynamic, fast-changing environment
• Experience with CRM systems
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Analytical thinker, capable of using creative problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field required
• Ability to work onsite 4 days per week in Norwood, MA

Pay

• Compensation Range: $65-85K
