This role blends customer service, sales support, and operational coordination in a fast-paced, service-driven environment. The Account Manager ensures customers receive reliable, responsive service while supporting revenue growth and long-term customer relationships. Responsibilities
- Manage assigned customer accounts
- Coordinate container deliveries and pickups
- Process orders, payments, and billing inquiries
- Maintain CRM data and sales reporting
- Partner with dispatch and operations teams
Requirements
- Account management or customer service experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
