Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients utilizing Constrafor's Early Pay Program.
- Grow customer participation and drive a healthy referral program.
- Prepare and process client requests accurately and efficiently.
- Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with SMB subcontractors.
- Aid in resolving any issues or concerns raised by clients in a prompt and professional manner.
- Educate clients on the benefits and features of the Early Pay Program, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless ongoing support for our clients.
- Maintain monitoring of client satisfaction and identify opportunities for expanding the usage of our EPP product.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive offerings to effectively position Constrafor's Early Pay Program in the market.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in B2B sales or customer service, preferably within the financial services or construction industry.
- Ability to manage a portfolio of 30-40 clients at any given time.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Results-oriented mindset with a bias towards action.
- Ability to analyze client needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.
- Self-motivated with a drive to exceed targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Understanding of financial concepts such as cash flow management or receivable financing is a plus.

- Competitive base salary of $80,000-$85,000, OTE: $150,000.
